1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to FlowForge Engineering services unless a separate written proposal, quote, statement of work or agreement says otherwise. If there is a conflict between these terms and a signed or accepted proposal, the proposal applies to that work.
FlowForge Engineering is operated by SynthAIzeX, ABN 56 854 576 936, as a sole trader business based in Maroubra, Sydney.
2. Website information
The information on this website is general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, safety, certification or compliance advice. You should seek specialist advice where your project requires a formal professional sign-off or legal/regulatory decision.
While reasonable care is taken to keep the website current, FlowForge Engineering does not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or suitable for every situation.
3. Services and scope
FlowForge Engineering provides production, assembly and manufacturing improvement support. This may include production reviews, shopfloor visibility tools, KPI dashboards, layout and workflow improvement, on-site troubleshooting, advisory support and fractional engineering support.
FlowForge Engineering does not provide standalone product design, R&D engineering, CAD drafting, structural engineering, electrical certification, machine safety certification, WHS auditing, legal advice or regulatory compliance sign-off unless specifically agreed in writing with appropriately qualified third parties involved.
4. Quotes, proposals and pricing
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points only. Final pricing depends on scope, site requirements, urgency, travel, deliverables and the level of implementation support required.
A written quote or proposal will set out the agreed scope, price, inclusions, exclusions and payment terms for the work. Any work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote or approval.
FlowForge Engineering is not currently registered for GST. Prices are in Australian dollars and GST is not charged unless this changes.
5. Payment terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 7 days of the invoice date. Payment may be collected through Stripe or another agreed payment method.
FlowForge Engineering may pause work or withhold final deliverables if invoices are overdue. Reasonable costs incurred because of late payment, non-payment or debt recovery may be passed on where allowed by law.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule booked site visits, workshops or fixed delivery sessions. Short-notice cancellations may be charged where time has been reserved, preparation has been completed or travel/accommodation costs have already been incurred.
Travel costs, accommodation and other non-refundable third-party costs may remain payable if they have already been approved or incurred for the work.
7. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to relevant people and systems, safe access to site areas, and timely feedback where required. Clients remain responsible for final implementation decisions, workplace safety, compliance with laws and internal approvals.
Recommendations are based on information available at the time of the work. FlowForge Engineering is not responsible for delays, errors or outcomes caused by incomplete information, changed circumstances or actions outside the agreed scope.
8. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, templates, frameworks and general methods remain the property of FlowForge Engineering or its licensors. Client materials remain the property of the client.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once invoices are paid in full, clients receive a licence to use agreed deliverables internally for the purpose they were provided. Deliverables must not be resold, redistributed or presented as another provider’s work without written permission.
9. Confidentiality
FlowForge Engineering will treat confidential client information with care and will only use it for the purpose of providing services, preparing proposals, managing the client relationship or meeting legal and administrative obligations.
10. Liability and Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights, guarantees, remedies or protections that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
To the extent permitted by law, FlowForge Engineering is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, loss of profit, loss of production, loss of business opportunity or loss caused by client decisions, third parties or circumstances outside FlowForge Engineering’s reasonable control.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
