Discuss the Visibility SuiteExplore the Visibility Suite

Visibility Suite pricing is implementation-based.

The final scope depends on module selection, workflow complexity, permissions, notifications, branding and rollout requirements. Current implementations use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; standalone SaaS is not currently sold through published subscription plans. Read more about the Visibility Suite.

How scope is set

What determines the final scope?

The starting price is a useful guide. A short scoping conversation establishes what is actually required and keeps the proposal proportionate.

FlowForge confirms the scope and price before work begins.

  • 01Production complexity — the number of products, processes, work areas and dependencies.
  • 02Required on-site time — the amount of observation, analysis or implementation support required.
  • 03Data availability — whether suitable production information already exists or must be created.
  • 04Number of workflows — for visibility systems, the number and complexity of modules being configured.
  • 05Implementation support — whether FlowForge is providing recommendations only or hands-on rollout support.
  • 06Location and travel — some work may require travel outside Sydney; requirements are confirmed during scoping.

Pricing FAQ

Common pricing questions

Are the published prices fixed?

They are starting prices. Final pricing depends on operational scope, complexity, location and the level of support required.

Can we start with a smaller engagement?

Yes. A Production Review, advisory session or single visibility workflow can provide a practical starting point.

Do you work outside Sydney?

Yes. FlowForge is Sydney-based and supports manufacturers across Australia. Travel requirements are discussed during scoping.

Can FlowForge help implement the recommendations?

Yes. Implementation support may be provided through project work, on-site support or Fractional Engineering Support.

Do you offer subscriptions for the Visibility Suite?

The full standalone SaaS platform is still being developed. Current implementations are configured practical systems, and pricing is based on the required workflow and rollout scope.

Do you guarantee a particular performance result?

No production result can be guaranteed without understanding the operation. FlowForge focuses on practical, measurable improvement opportunities grounded in the real production environment.
